ECORP’s mapping needs are met by its Computer Based Mapping department staff who are experienced in image analysis, Geographic Information Systems, and Computer-Aided Design.  ECORP staff bring together discrete datasets to support resource mapping and analysis. Our team is experience with LIDAR and remote sensing technology and can assist in project planning and data collection to support both large and small projects.

Geomorphology and Watershed Sciences

ECORP staff are experienced in evaluating riparian systems and preparing impact minimization and mitigation strategies for managing the dynamic elements of a fluvial system.  Our staff analyze watershed processes and their effects on channel morphology, hydrology, and hydraulics, in order to minimize stream degradation and restore the dynamic balance of the riparian system.

Water Resources

ECORP assists clients in developing solutions to complex water resources planning and design issues. Our staff provides water resources analysis, including hydrology development, runoff forecasting, simulation modeling, and hydroelectric system evaluation.  Additionally, ECORP offers surface water gaging services, including installation, operation and maintenance, data collection, analysis, and development of stream flow, diversion and storage records in accordance with USGS  standards.
